There are items which are written “RARE”, “EX” or “RARE EX” on the top of items’ name.
There is nothing on the top of items’ name fall into the category of them.

And BIND cannot trade and sell on the Market.

The Meaning of the Icon on the Top of Right

Icon of Cross in Shield (left)

It means can or cannot Free Company Crest.
You can print it from OIC Office of Arms in Grand Company which your Free Company belong to.

Icon of Dresser (middle)

It means can or cannot in Glamour Dresser.

Icon of Cabinet (right)

It means can or cannot store in Armoires.
Most equipments which get from event can store in it.
